Primary maintenance
This type of maintenance refers to the operation of the equipment for one month (two shifts), mainly by operators, and maintenance workers cooperate with each other for maintenance. Its contents are: "Take off the yellow robe", "clean the internal organs", and its main work contents are: checking, cleaning, and adjusting the electrical control parts; thoroughly cleaning and wiping the exterior of the equipment, and checking the interior of the equipment; checking and adjusting the operation and transmission mechanism. Parts; check the oil pump, clear the oil circuit, check the oil quality and oil quantity of the oil tank; clean or replace the stained felt and oil line, and remove the burrs on the movable surfaces; check and adjust the indicating instruments and safety protection devices; find hidden troubles and abnormalities, To be ruled out, and rule out leakage, etc. After the first-level maintenance, the equipment is required to meet the following requirements: clean and bright appearance; smooth oil circuit and bright oil window; flexible operation and normal operation; complete and reliable safety protection and indicating instruments. The maintenance personnel shall record the main contents of maintenance, hidden dangers, abnormalities, results of trial operation, accuracy of trial production parts, operating performance, etc., as well as existing problems discovered and eliminated during maintenance. Secondary maintenance
It is a form of maintenance that mainly maintains the technical condition of the equipment. The workload of secondary maintenance is between medium repair and small repair. It is necessary to complete part of the small repair and part of the medium repair. It mainly repairs or replaces the wear and damage of the vulnerable parts of the equipment. The second-level maintenance needs to complete all the work of the first-level maintenance, and also requires all lubricating parts to be cleaned, combined with the oil change cycle to check the quality of the lubricating oil, and clean and change the oil. Check the dynamic technical status and main accuracy of the equipment (noise, vibration, temperature rise, oil pressure, ripple, surface roughness, etc.), adjust the installation level, replace or repair parts, scrape and grind the worn movable rail surface, and repair the adjustment accuracy. Deteriorated parts, check machine-installed instruments, repair safety devices, clean or replace motor bearings, measure insulation resistance, etc. After the second-level maintenance, the accuracy and performance are required to meet the process requirements, no oil leakage, water leakage, air leakage, electric leakage, sound, vibration, pressure, temperature rise, etc. meet the standards. Before and after the secondary maintenance, the dynamic and static technical conditions of the equipment should be measured, and maintenance records should be carefully made. The second-level maintenance is mainly conducted by professional maintenance personnel, with the participation of operators.
Equipment maintenance accident prevention measures
1. Equipment operators must undergo technical training and be issued an operation certificate before they can operate.
2. Strictly implement the post responsibility system and various rules and regulations such as equipment operation, use, and maintenance procedures.
3. Conscientiously do maintenance and planned maintenance, eliminate hidden dangers of equipment in time, and keep the equipment in a good technical state.
4. Strictly manage the main equipment, and carry out state monitoring and diagnostic technical work, so as to correctly grasp the technical state of the equipment.
5. Regularly test and debug the effectiveness of the mechanical and electrical protection devices of the equipment and facilities such as fire prevention, explosion-proof, and lightning protection.
